Quiet location. Close to the Dynamo subway station, good breakfast, clean room, very friendly staff.
Internet charges - aboout 12 us per hour.
No wi-fi in rooms, Hotel in general is dirty, noisy and smoked, poor service - despite they process credit cards you can not put your bar expences on your room account. To do it need to register in advance a special deposit on reception and renovate it every time .... You have a refrigerator in room but it is empty - no minibar You can not switch pay tv automatically from the remote, need to make a special call every time to reception and ask them to switch it for you ... The hotel to my mind is not 4 stars at all ...
Good location, quite place, comfortable hotel. Reasonably good value/money hotel (for Moscow of course)
No wifi in the rooms. Cable internet didn't work on my pc. Too expensive (like any Moscovite hotel).
Too young staff behind the reception.
The location was good
Nobody speak well english which is not so good for a hotel with Euro 150,00 per night. They are charged our credit card and blocked money in advance for a service in case we are use which never asked before the owner of the credit card. This has an exchange rate between of blocked date up to unblocked date.the internet is not free in yr room therefore u have to paid addinional.
Value for money. Would recommend if you need just a room at a fair rate in a good location.
Service could be better, but anyway it's not too bad.
Clean standard hotel with a 7-8 min walking proximity to the green line metro station "Dinamo" which is only 4 stations/15 min away from the town centre/ Kremlin.
No Wi Fi in the room is a disadvantage and the hotel management should consider adding to the room rent even 10 usd per day to get the wi-fi as an option it is available at the lobby and restaurants.
Not difficult to find.
The hotel is old, free internet services but very slow. The most thing I don't like is that they don't need my signature or code to charge. And they didn't confirm me the payment until I asked the receipt. They are not willing to give me the receipt, I am quite surprise this and not feel sercure for the payment.
Only stayed there due to the event. Would not want to stay there again - would rather spend extra time in Moscow's traffic..
Was in for a conference. Feel sorry for the orginisers as they have some relationship with this hotel. I hope they find some other venue, as this one is far from an ideal place for doing business meetings, presentations etc. Bar staff service very poor. Front of the house people are doing millions of things at the same time so don't expect personal touch and if you are ordering a taxi from the receprtion, make sure you are early and check if it is on the way. Morning shift has no idea what the backshift was doing.
It was okay, I liked that the bar is 24 hours open and there is wifi there.
The meals were mediocre and I did't understand why I should pay in advance.
Standard rooms have dark 20-30 years old interieur. Non-smoking rooms have a strong smell of old cigarettes. Very old bathroom. Underground station Dinamo is not very close, no shops and cafe around hotel.
Nothing as hotel need lots of improvement and need more staff that speaks English
Rooms are not up to the standard, food is not that good, hotel is too far from any shopping place or any supermarket
Restaurants and bars in the Hotel are very expensive, taxi as well - it costs more then double of the normal call-taxi price. The problem with call-taxi is - you never know if it comes on time. My taxi didn't come, and I went to the street and stopped a privat car, who drove me for the half of the normal price, and I came to my meeting on time.
Well connected. Free internet in lobby and bar areas
Old fashioned. Personnel quite calm and not properly well trained (remembers me of the soviet time).
It was possible to hear the noise from the other rooms untill midnight. Very uncomfortable.
